Case study:
T-Mobile website redesign

The brief

Raiffeisen Bank, a major retail bank in Hungary, asked Kirowski - Isobar to fully redesign their internetbank in order to enhance the online banking user experience and also to boost sales by fulfilling their cross-selling potential.

Action & deliverables

  • 1

I first analysed transaction statistics and portal usage for both retail and corporate customers, which gave us invaluable segment-specific insights.

  • Insight uncovered:

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. Ut enim ad minim veniam

  • 2

I made extensive research on best practices of global and local competitors and presented my findings and recommendations for the bank's senior stakeholders:

Outcome

The streamlined process flow and the in-line support patterns in the new transaction forms helped to significantly reduce the number of internetbank-related enquiries to call centers, and also, after a short inital adoption period, to boost usage of the online channel.
